These are stocked from a quality UK supplier. They are not what you find for £10 from Aliexpress. I cut the covert to length and terminate as specified
3.5mm are wired with signal to T and R (dual mono unbalanced)
XLR and TA3 are wired with signal to pin2 and pin3 float
The length you specify is normally what you need to get from the walkie talkie to the combiner (or the mixer if going into the mixer).
I suggest you take a piece of string and you measure the cable path you want to do with your rig
People choosing:
25cm or less would rig the two things next to each other
35cm would need go from side to side on a chest rig, or from belt to chest on the same side of the body
45cm would need to go from belt to chest rig across the other side
60cm would do like above but with more slack or on a trolley
more than 60cm usually only on a trolley
